All bakery items are exempted from being returned. Please note we will not be able to accept any returns after an item has been dispatched from our centre. We invest considerably in baking the cookies to order, packaging them and we also bear high shipping costs for the item to reach safely to your doorstep. However we may process refund requests in the following situations:
Refunds on Canceled order (before we have dispatched the product)
You are requested to send your Return/Cancellation request to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your cancellation request is received, we shall inspect your request. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request & notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If your request is approved, then the refund will be processed in the following manner:
Online Payment Orders: a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Cash on Delivery Orders: No refunds are required to be processed for cancelled COD orders before dispatch from our factory.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account statement/credit card statement to ensure you haven’t missed it.

Cancellation requests are only allowed on regular priced items. Discounted/Promotional Offers are not eligible for cancellations.
